2024-2025 New Member Commitment
Welcome to the 2024-2025 new member commitment process. We are thrilled that you are joining Machar and look forward to a great year together. Our history is rich and our future incredibly bright. We look forward to getting to know you and engaging with you as a part of our community.
At this time, we ask please that you: 1. Pledge your membership to Machar 2. Provide your personal and household information 3. Indicate your interest in volunteering in Machar programs and activities 4. If you want to enroll your child/children in the Jewish Cultural School please click on this link. Note: Credit card payments add a 2.85% processing fee. New this year, you can pay by electronic check (called ACH/eCheck), which is free. In order to pay by ACH/E-Check, you must enable PLAID, a security measure connecting your banking information securely to ShulCloud. If you have setup PLAID before, then the setup for Machar is instantaneous. Otherwise, this setup process takes 1 - 3 days. First, if you want to pay by eCheck or by paper check, email our Congregational Administrator, Jackie Kropman, to get setup with a ShulCloud account. Then, after Jackie gets you setup, click here to enable PLAID before completing this form. If this is your first time using PLAID, you will have to wait 1 - 3 business days, and then access your bank account that you used in creating the payment method. There will be two micro deposits (<$1.00) of which you should make note. Then you can come back to this form and on the payment screen you will select the account to validate by clicking on “Verify Micro Deposits.” You will then be able to complete the registration process.
